Subscription Policy
Last updated: 16/07/2026
1. What subscriptions include. Subscription plans give you ongoing access to ebook content for the duration of your billing period, as described on the plan page at the time of purchase.
2. Billing. Subscriptions renew automatically and are billed to the payment method on file at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected at signup), until cancelled.
3. Price changes. If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you in advance of your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after that notice means you accept the new price.
4. Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account's "Manage Subscription" page, or by emailing contact@shelf-life-books.com. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
5. Access after cancellation. Depending on the plan, you may retain access to previously downloaded content, but access to new releases or ongoing subscription benefits ends at the close of your current billing period.
6. Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or pause your subscription access until payment succeeds.
7. Contact. Questions about your subscription can be sent to contact@shelf-life-books.com.
