Digital Delivery Policy

1. No physical shipping. All products sold by Shelf Life Books are digital. Nothing is shipped by mail or courier, and standard shipping rates and delivery times do not apply.

2. Delivery method. After checkout, your ebook (or subscription access) is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of purchase.

3. If you don't receive your download. Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's been more than an hour and you still don't see it, email contact@shelf-life-books.com with your order number and we'll resend it right away.

4. Re-downloading. Your confirmation email and download link remain valid so you can re-download your purchase later if needed. If your link has expired, contact us for a new one.

5. Device compatibility. Our ebooks are delivered as PDF files, readable on most phones, tablets, computers, and e-readers.
