Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.
1. Ebook purchases. If you're not fully satisfied with an ebook you've purchased, contact us at contact@shelf-life-books.com within [14] days of purchase with your order number, and we'll be glad to offer a refund.
2. Subscription purchases. You can cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing (see the Subscription Policy for how). If you believe you were charged in error, or you'd like a refund on a recent subscription charge, reach out to contact@shelf-life-books.com and we'll review it with you.
3. How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow [5–10] business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Non-eligible requests. We may decline refund requests that appear to involve abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refund requests on the same account).
